Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling or clearance fees when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by the relevant customs authority or carrier and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Hand-Painted Commissions
Hand-painted commissions are made to order and have a separate creation timescale. Please refer to the commission product page for the current estimated timescale before ordering.
